Family yoga is a great way to introduce everyone to yoga and to explore a way to practice yoga together. During the session, we'll incorporate partner/group poses, yoga games, meditation and postures that everyone can enjoy and embrace. Accessible for all ages and abilities, this fun and innovative session will leave young ones with a fun and open view of yoga and older ones with a few new moves and ideas! Come along and enjoy.
