Aromatherapy is one of the earliest therapeutic traditions; utilising the numerous health benefits of Essential Oils in our sessions helps to enhance the practice as well as heal the body, uplift the mind and spirit. I use Doterra Oils for Sensory Yoga. The oils are therapeutic grade, organically produced as well as working closely with the communities where the oils would grow naturally. During each Sensory Yoga practice, around 4-5 oils are sampled at different times of the practice, with 1 or 2 samples for you to take away (because of this there is a discretionary surcharge of £1) Dates for the sessions are below; I have timed them as closely as possible to the Full Moon, so the practice will be further heightened and attuned.
