Weekend 1 – Feet and Ankles: 29 February and 1st March 2020 How the feet and ankles affect the rest of the body.
Weekend 2 – Hips and Pelvis: 4th and 5th April 2020 - now cancelled due to Corona Virus :( The structure and anatomy and physiology of the pelvis. How the pelvis moves and enables movement. How it connects to the feet and how the movement and the life in the feet connects into the hips.
Weekend 3 – The Spine: 16th and 17th May 2020 How the movement of the pelvis connects to the spine and how the spine will come to life and move from the freedom of the pelvis.
Weekend 4 – Chest and Breast Bone: 27th and 28th June 2020 How the chest and breastbone connect into the sacrum and pelvis, and how the movement up into the breastbone and across the collarbone connects to the pelvis.
Weekend 5 – Shoulder Girdle, Arms and Hands: 12th and 13th September 2020 The whole shoulder girdle, arms and hands, and how they connect to the neck and thoracic spine.
Weekend 6 – Neck and Head: 10th and 11th October 2020 How the head, the skull and the neck connect into the rest of the body.
There is a repeat weekend of The Spine 30th & 31st May, and Head and Neck 17th and 18th October; these are popular weekends from the course structure and can be enjoyed as a day workshop or the full weekend as cpd, personal practice, further understanding, etc
